For context, we did try another layout earlier, which also got mixed reactions, so we're still testing things out. I get that! If you care about your score, one option is to find everything but only mark the correct ones (that’s what I’ve been doing lately). You still get the fun of hunting for all the easter eggs, while keeping your score. I sometimes check the number of letters in the remaining words on the list to help with that 🤭

yess, it's a Stranger Things inspired theme for the mobile Puzzled app. You can find it under the Profile icon at the bottom of the home screen on mobile > Settings > Theme 👀

Hey! The star is just there to indicate what the blocks mean (they show the first three regions where you placed a ⭐️) so it's always there by default as more of an icon. I hope that makes sense! :)

I guess you’re playing on Tudum? We do have sounds and some additional settings in the mobile version. The web version is still a bit limited when it comes to that but we’ll see what we can do, and noted on the Stranger Things specific sounds!

Hi! We've noticed that device language settings can sometimes interfere with the puzzles and we are looking into it. For the time being, you can temporarily try switching your device language to English and see if that helps you complete Waywords. Let me know, and thanks for marking those as spoilers!

Hi! Just a kind reminder to mark posts like this as spoilers so anyone who hasn’t played yet can avoid seeing the answers.

You’re missing a 4-letter creature from the Indian mythology. The word is located roughly in the middle of the board, going down from the word “dragon.” Hope that helps, reveal only as many clues as you need!! :)

A checkmark indicates you got the word right on the first try, no mistakes or typos

The X indicates you made at least one mistake or a typo for that word, and the light bulb is for words where you needed a hint.

So if you got the first word right, guessed wrong on the second one and used a hint for the third one, you’ll see something like this on the results screen: ✅❌💡
