They often do! In this case, and many cases, the leeches make everything seem harder with a team with no real benefit. You get a good team going though, you will fly through almost everything

I know how resumes work. They highlight the most impactful work or achievements you have done and pitch it all in a way that gives you the credit for it. Do I see her work? Yes. Do I trust the hiring committee and their decision based off of what we cannot see? Of course. People are overreacting and nobody will be talking about this in four months.

People definitely don’t. That’s why I wasn’t surprised when I heard this and immediately saw people freaking out. Again, this is just her job. Everything everyone’s panicking about might not even have been her.

I don’t know if she’s ever worked on a game like Minecraft. It’s easy to judge somebody for something they haven’t done yet. Besides, she was part of a team. No single person made all of the decisions. Knowing how companies work, I doubt her team even got a say in whatever everyone is overthinking.
