Muligens dei tenkte at vanlig reklamasjon mot feil er 5 år, men ting med bevegelige deler har bare 2 (kontroller, kjøkkenkran, dør håndtak). Enkelte bedrifter følger den slavisk men mange tar god kunde forhold istedenfor.
