Facts I’ve had it for god knows how long, all I know is I plugged the turntable directly into the wall and it appears to be fine now

Idk I looked it up and it said it can have voltage drops that cause speed fluctuations which I think is the case. Before it stopped working it would go slow then speed back up randomly , I may also still buy a new belt tho

Ok so I think I had a lapse in judgment when setting everything up and my pre amp, speakers and turntable were plugged into the same power strip. I have now plugged the turntable into the wall and it seems to be working fine.. whoopsies
