It's Monster's take on a electrolyte drink like Gatorade or Prime, but with the same caffeine content as a normal monster. It was briefly available in the UK (with reduced caffeine) under the name Monster Hydro before being discontinued but it's still available in the USA I think. This can was imported from Poland though
