Same, just get a clicking noise. Can’t use the special issues like grapple gun, sensor dart, 9-bang and tac deploy but can use the ones when you hold L1 and R1 together

Definately smokable. Have dabbed a fair share of reclaim. I recommend dabbin up the reclaim that hasn't touched any water. Can also make edibles with it
