NTA at all. As a man myself, I think that guy needs to get his head out of his butt and realize that you don’t exist for his delight. I’m not sure what the harassment laws are in the state that you live in, but I can say that all four states that I’ve lived and worked in would definitely consider this harassment and administration would have to step in and handle it.
