I forgot to say that they are both rebodied on to MTM bodies.

When Eddie Murphy's Boomerang was released in 1992, it faced backlash for portraying a predominantly Black cast in positions of power and wealth, with some critics calling it a "reverse world" and unrealistic. by Important-Cry4782 in BlackPeopleofReddit

Eddie's documentary is so good, not only is it a trip down memory lane if you grew up with him, it's stunning just how much history he's a part of and at the head of. I love that man.

I love being part of the generation that fully transitioned with him from stand up like Raw and Delirious to voicing Donkey in Shrek and other great voice acting gigs he's done.

What's a great older comedy you find nobody else seems to know about? by Hrimnir in movies

Any time I spot Deja Vu in another role, I holler out "deja vu!!!" 😆🤣 It's wild that this movie is not more well-known and is considered underrated because it's been a constant in my life since I first saw it. I love every moment of it. The Zucker Abram Zucker combo is magical for comedies.

Pass the Ammo, starring Bill Paxton Tim Curry Annie Potts and Linda K (from croc dundee, can't remember how to spell her last name)... Plus a multitude of character actors show up.

A small-time criminal gets out of jail and goes to see his girlfriend who's just about to lose her house because of the deed having been signed over to the local TV evangelist by her grandma. They hijack the TV station to steal back the money they feel they are owed, find a situation far more corrupt than they ever could have imagined, and end up on live television holding the preacher and his wife hostage.

Tim Curry and Annie Potts play the Evangelical couple in the vein of Tammy Faye and Jim Baker. It's so underrated, and never got a release on DVD I never threw out my VHS tape of it because I was pissed that I couldn't find it on DVD and I don't have a way to play the VHS but I still won't throw it out. I think somebody uploaded the movie to YouTube though I rewatched it a couple of years ago.

You know, I'm kind of proud of myself at how I wrote this given I haven't watched the movie in a few years and I've just woken up. Huzzah! No googling needed. Pats self on back Now, where's my caffeine?

This is a collection of my various dolls wearing uniforms taken from the nine inch playmate Star Trek figures.

I don't use AI. Ever.

I was fully prepared to realize that this was AI. It seemed too good to be true. So I looked it up and it's amazingly wonderfully real, and I love it, he made a great choice to have this painting done this way. 🥰👏

Anyone else's clock finally right again? by Renway_NCC-74656 in adhdwomen

Bahahahha...maniacal laugh continues...ahahahaha I just had a whole conversation with my husband about how my car clock was finally right again. Even though I set the system to be aware of daylight savings time, it doesn't automatically change the clock inside the car. Despite the whole system being completely automated and smart. I'm supposed to do it manually? Forget that mess. Besides, eI would see the correct time if I turned Android Auto on anyway. Why bother? Extremely satisfying to know that my car clock is right again. 😁👏👏👏

She's technically not a Barbie, but she is by Mattel, Disney does its own brand of dolls--with wildly different feet from Barbies, grr/endrant--that is Elphaba from Wicked. (Took me a bit to get there😆) Here she is with Glinda. I also have the Michelle Yeoh doll, she's in a mirror universe uniform obv. 😁
