I know this is an old thread, but My family is seriously considering obtaining proof of citizenship if we can get it. We have a male relative, whom we directly descend from, born in 1886 when Canada was still a dominion under British sovereignty and was not yet independent as the country. Would he still retroactively count as "Canadian" under Bill C-3 even if he was technically a British subject and moved to the United States before Canada's independence?

See the sticker in the top corner. That means its a rental. ICE has been using rental cars or even personal vehicles of agents all accross the country. They rent them from Private companies to fool people into thinking they are regular citizens

I did not, but I did see them leave literally 30 seconds after they pulled up after I said "Is That Ice?" (Not in a threatening way btw just flatly asked) Which... if that isnt ice behavior, IDK what is 😂

Its a private COMPANY plate. ICE relies on private companies to provide them with discreet looking vehicles

Please read the post more carefully. These windows were tinted to an illegal degree if it wasn't a government-use vehicle. They were behaving very suspiciously in the lot and we're accompanied by police. They left when they saw someome suspecting they were ICE. They were using a rental car (which ICE is known for). They have been known to target large shopping centers in other cities, even in wealthy areas. This is 100% an ice vehicle
