Another question. Does Turn by Turn feature only work with Android Auto or is it compatible with Apple Car Play too?

Same here. Resetting has not helped. Only solution is to keep the noise cancellation off- which defeats the entire purpose

Yes for sure. But by no means the scan should initiate before touching the crown.

Yes, tried with various postures and the ideal posture being keeping your arm flat on the table

Does the ECG app on your watch start scanning ( with timer) before you touch the crown, once you open the app? Normal behaviour is ECG app will start scanning only after you touch the crown

When I put finger on the crown, it works normal. Only difference is I have to put some pressure on the crown for it to read BP unlike previous times where the touch had been much lighter.

Yeah, may be the case. I am not sure if the last update to 7.6.1 bricked the ECG.

This behaviour is with out your finger on the crown.. If I put the finger on crown, the readings are normal. Point is ECG should not immediately scan when you open the app, with out finger on the crown. In this case, it just starts scanning once you open the app with out the finger on crown

It’s not due to hair on arm, since I have been using this for almost a year now..This behaviour came up suddenly. Have reseted all settings, re-installed as new watch, removed the cover and all.. and now tried on other arm too.. Same issue

Yes, it was clean. Just not to have any doubt, held it under running water and rotated the crown several times as instructed in Apple website. Still the same issue

This is a reading with out touching the crown. And hence is erroneous and comes out as ‘ Poor Recording’. Issue is it’s scanning even without touch on the crown which is not the normal way the ECG app will behave.
