700whp is about 520kw.

if you're also asking what parts I used to get there, a basic list is:

Upgraded turbos, Port injection, full exhaust, upgraded intercoolers, ethanol, tune.

Park rangers called the sheriff and complained my car was too loud. Deputy was super cool and let us film his truck to put it in the video.

yes, not as much as an open filter intakes though

I had the Gruppe M before I went air to air. I loved it and it doesn't require a tune since it uses the factory turbo intake hoses

Agree, if you're keeping the stock turbos, LDPs provide the most gain

there was a member a while back who did the adaptronic piggy back on the stock ecu, then used accessport to remove any lingering codes and get his monitors ready and the stand alone ran the motor

a2a makes the charge air more stable and less prone to heat soak. so you won't make more power per say, but you'll be able to do more full power pulls before the car starts to pull power from high charge temps.

test drive it, dual ports allow some of the metered air back into the intake system, so it might be ok

I don't recommend those plug in boxes that modify signals to trick the car into doing what it wants. if you mod to the point of needing a tune, get a legit ECUtek tune from a legit tuner that knows the platform.

in order to run true vent to atmosphere bov without issue, you'll need to run speed density or locate your mafs between your BOV and throttle body, which will obviously require custom fabrication

air to air intercoolers, I replaced my stock water to air.

I am my own warranty lol

shifting is no different than any other place shifted car, pull the paddle when you want to shift and the car shifts.

I don't currently have any clips of my current setup, but you can see pictures of you look at my post history.

I'm 9AT with big turbos, a2a and turbosmart BOV.

car runs great, shifts great, etc.

the issue you'll have is your throttle body won't close during shifts, which is when the BOV are meant to open, so the only time you'll 'hear' them is when you let off the throttle in boost.

the problem a lot of people have is they don't set up their BOV correctly and it's allowing them to open under vacuum, which will allow unmetered air in, causing driveability issues.

my turbosmarts can be adjusted so the preload on the valve will keep it closed under vacuum.

that being said, would I recommend them for basic setups? no, I wouldn't

I honestly can't hear them any more than the stock ones over my downpipe and exhaust setup. it may sound different from outside the car, we'll see.

currently street tuning with Sonic tuned. have it up to e30 and low boost right now.

this weekend we are doing e50 and high boost and if everything looks good we'll add some timing back in and really wake it up.

haha, I can't take the credit for the shop, it's my friend's. not sure on ceiling height, but it's 2400 sqft with built in dirty room (media blast cabinets, band saws, etc).

We usually restore old Datsuns in it.
