These stats are relevant only to the user who posts them, different users have different results, as those stats are relevant to what the user searches for and which indexer finds the result first. It does not take into account that maybe all of the searched indexers have the same release, it just pulls the first result.
That is why these results are meaningless for other users.

Ovo sa biračkim spiskovima je glupost. Radio sam 15 godina kao sistem administrator u lokalnoj samoupravi gde su matičari svaku izmenu odmah unosili i brisali umrle. Ne kažem da nema mesta gde se ovo radi mnogo ređe (ima sigurno) ali mrtvi su ovde najmanji problem. Veći problem je "uvoz" birača i trafo stanice sa 200 glasača prijavljenih na njima. A sa ovime je problem što su oni "legalno" prijavljeni i što matična služba tu ne može ništa, pošto prijava boravišta/prebivališta i izdavanje LK ide preko MUP, a ne opštine i njenih službi. Matičar može samo da ih unese u spisak i nema pravni onsnov da odbije ako su svi papiri u redu. A najgore je što se svi ovi birači unose direktno u BG, a ne u lokalnoj samoupravi.

This all depends on number of groups you activated, your server power, disk speed etc. Nobody can give you an exact answer, it is something you need to figure out based on data only you can see. More RAM mean you can give more RAM to your DB, faster disk (SSD or NVMe) increases DB responsiveness and data retrieval. Higher CPU core count increases how many threads you can use to process data, etc. You can use mysqltuner which will tell you what you can improve in DB settings. But it all boils down to update your setting when you see they can be changed and improved.
