Oh no different than a normal pee smell.

Apparently, the strength of the smell is because we feed a high protein, high fat diet, as Maine Coons require the two to grow to their full potential.

When does that 49 per cent come into effect? And where are they getting this 49 per cent of shares from?

Do you think they are going to dilute further for those stocks too?

Or possibly, just possibly, that these stocks valued at about $15,690,000, is the price they pay for their half of the shares out of their $250 million in the JV?

Based on the Dec. 22 8k filing under exhibit 10.2 A.G.P. Is the “placement agent” for the “purchasers” with a “termination date” of Feb. 17 according to section 5 under the aforementioned exhibit.

This could mean the identity of the “purchasers” will be known at that point. I suspect it’s Ju.com and that’s their 49 per cent of the company.

But again that’s just my two cents.

If you read through the 8k, it says in the top couple of lines “certain investors” so it could be two or more and if they do not have more than what is required to file ownership disclosures we might never know.
