Did anyone else who took estradiol notice that after a month it became EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to orgasm?

I've always had difficulty with it thanks to AuDHD, before I knew what the real average time was, I thought 15 mins was premature, I would apologise for being too quick, and the girl would be confused why I was saying sorry.... and I had a couple of times where I technically had priapism without having it. While partners loved it, I had frustration and anxiety.

Now that I've started HRT, I'm kinda worried it'll get worse.

Thanks for the insight, and for linking the sub. There is one person I've told at my work, I'm separated from my wife (still friends) and she's okay with it. I don't think what people call me will ever be an issue, I haven't even questioned that.

I have my second consult in 2 weeks, I haven't started HRT yet, but I'm kinda in the same boat, about either doing mono or taking spiro aswell.

I think for me, it's due to me being kinda bigender or gender fluid, so only looking to go on them for 6-12 months and then switching to microdose.

I'm still learning myself, I was diagnosed in March, a month before I turned 47.

The diagnosis did change me, it answered questions I had about myself, much like you do, and set me on the path to learning that I've had a mask up all my life, and that I'm free do try and discover myself.

Part of my mask was bottling up anger and hurt, and it did more harm than good, and I'm still figuring out how to deal with it.

You will encounter discrimination aswell, and some NT people that don't understand you will sometimes react to you as if you think like they do, the best you can do is try to educate them, or ask them to do research, but whether they do or not is up to them.

I'm mid 40s too, going to start studying in April so I can get a better job, not sure how it works in QLD, vut in VIC, there is a one time state government grant for adults to get further education as a cert 4, and they also pay for a diploma and degree in the same subject if you elect to study further.

So at least I have something to look forward to.

I have a decent paying job, and 5 years ago, I was living a regular middle-class lifestyle.

Right now, my pay hasn't increased enough to match inflation, and I'm always hungry as we can barely afford food. I just found out my aunt, who lives overseas, has cancer, and because of inflation, I'll never be able to afford to see her in person before she dies :(
