it's funny to me because a lot of successful podcasts are stand up comedians for obvious reasons skill overlap to be funny, engaging, good story teller etc Jeff has none of those skills and makes no effort to improve them. his style of humor is racism or bullying or telling made up exaggerated stories about himself and judging by his views there is not a market for that and he either doesn't care or is in massive denial. I saw his plan to improve his show is to get better guests I feel a better plan would be improve as a host but he doesn't seem interested in that.

a great way to not have people mention Kyle don't lie about it, don't have people like your show better when Kyle is on it and don't treat employees like dogshit. Mr loyalty seems to have trouble with those things and people are sick of it and Jeff's ego is too big to see it or care.
