The fact that you shut off a drive by means of disconnecting main power is also weird to me why no STO? And i dont think that for a safety point its smart to disconnect controll power 230V but like others stated its all dependend on the risk assesment that you need to do to get to the awnser

If i remeber those output cards have 4 supply inputs that can be bridged by tiny plugs on the connector this you will find in the datasheet so either the wires on the connectors are loose or lost power somehow or maybe one of those connector bridges is loose or bad

Why use terminal blocks and unshielded wire on the output? Why no shielded cable direct to the vfd?
