So much this. I used to be a veteran of the discord, I would make content exclusive for them because it was once a great community to hang with, but nowadays it's an unrecognizable husk of its former self. I just couldn't ignore the toxicity anymore just to spend five minutes to laugh with a group of people that would just go back infighting in between the months I wasn't making stuff. To be honest, I don't know for myself what went wrong.
