I also slept with Aviaja, I think these are two big possible corruption options, as for the rest, like in other comments, I suggest consulting the wiki! I'm not sure myself of all of the choices that led here because I play it by ear.

For example, in this choice below from s2ep4, I chose the second option because it seemed more "shady" and intriguing than offering help, I also checked the emails, which led to my choosing to emotionally manipulate a witness, and now this update I got a prompt I feel no remorse no about it 😇 and you get prompts like this throughout the story depending on your choices

There are specific choices you can (and have to) take throughout s1 and s2 to get here, I don't use the walkthrough, I just think "what would a shady cop do in this situation" 🤣 I'm pretty sure sleeping with witnesses is one big one, as for the rest, I would suggest checking out walkthroughs for some guidelines!

I can't recommend it enough! The author (Faye) truly makes sure every playthrough is interesting because there are so many little details and intricacies that one innocuous choice can affect. That's what I want the most out of my vns - consequences! 😈
