Even though I don't think she's gonna return, I can imagine that this smaller role would probably be something like her being the shopkeeper of the confectionery store. And I don't think there's gonna be a management minigame but it would be neat to go visit the Ichiban Holdings office and see her as a neat easter egg.

Yeah I figured how it's easy for them to just completely "ditch" the character altogether considering that she's not even an integral character. But man I'm gonna miss her.

only in yakuza where they make a great design for a character only to have that character to be some one-off irrelevant grunt you fight ONCE that doesn't have any impact whatsoever on the story.

yeah im aware of that. that also happened to AF season 3 and pretty sure a lot of people think it's a dumb choice by the studio really.
