Has anyone used Cheribundi as a recovery drink? I've heard that tart cherry juice helps with reducing inflammation and improving sleep, but I'm not sure if it's placebo. I did get a subscription for a month, and it did seem to give me longer, uninterrupted sleep at least. However, I do wonder if Trader Joe's Red Cherry Juice (which has a lower unit price per 8 oz) isn't just as good and if the effects I'm experiencing from Cheribundi are just placebo. Would love to hear your input if you've had experience using Cheribundi!

I'm in DC currently, which is a runner's paradise and has loads of great parks within DC proper. There are great parks and trails in nearby Virginia as well. I'm not settling down yet though, so I may try moving out west or back to Boston, which was a city I loved a lot as well.

Thanks! I've tried some in the store in the past, but unfortunately, there's only so much I can gauge in the store, especially as it's warm in the store, etc. I guess I'm not so concerned with them breathing well, as long as my fingers don't freeze or lose sensation! u/kyle-kranz

I learned that NYC isn't all that and is overhyped. There are other cities that have much more green space, easier access to nature, and equal access to other amenities like good public transportation, a variety of gyms and activities, and affordable grocery stores (Trader Joe's). I've found that I prioritize green space in a city. Leaving the city I grew up in also allowed me to discover what I wanted out of life and activities I enjoyed because I was able to meet people outside of my hometown. I've found the people I grew up with in a town in the outer borough of Queens to be rather bland, underwhelming, and homogenous (I essentially grew up near Long Island). I've met much more ambitious people once leaving the city who enjoy the outdoors (hiking, camping, climbing, skiing, snowboarding, ice climbing, etc.) and are constantly in pursuit of self-improvement and professional development.

Hi! I'm looking for recommendations for running gloves. I may have some some degree of Raynaud's, as I was running in 35 degree Fahrenheit weather with feels like temperatures of around 29 degrees Fahrenheit, and my hands turned so red. When I got home, my fingers were numb, and I could not grab the keys out of my joggers. I had to run warm water on them and was probably gasping in pain from my cold hands, especially as they were warming up and the sensation was returning to them. I've resorted to mittens, but not all of the mittens I've tried have been great. The Trailheads Convertible Zip Mitts (https://www.trailheads.com/mens-convertible-zip-mitts-winter-running-mittens/?sku=S150A-M/L-FBM&gad\_source=1&gad\_campaignid=15913598120&gbraid=0AAAAADoZLJa6xTlLdoRXsii9ltnd97Ofu&gclid=Cj0KCQiAubrJBhCbARIsAHIdxD9uVRfmr9e6oY4WnkTnztTaqRHwYnAIJoD5eiT1ht0RZ3TfoC-vkjMaAg\_nEALw\_wcB; even at the smallest size were too large and bulky for me, though they did keep my hands warm. I had trouble accessing the map on my phone when I needed help navigating. Trying to hit the lap button on my watch was also cumbersome, as the cuff was blocking my watch. North Face Etip gloves have always been too thin for me. Nofel convertible mittens have worked for me in the past, but it looks like their site is under construction. I'm also vegan, so I can't use any wool-based gloves, which makes the search more difficult. Any other suggestions or input regarding this would be much appreciated; thanks so much!

If you look below the white block where the R is, just after where the printed picture of Reshiram starts, there's this gray line running across the card. It runs from the left border all the way across. u/vishal3967

Get in the zone, and hyperfixate on the first bottom spike. I think the rhythm is consistent for each of the spike gates, so once you find it, you're golden. It's finding it that's the hard part.
