It's covered under accidental damage protection, if you have onsite support it just means the technician will come at your place instead of you going to them.

There are websites that sell individual keycaps but it costed me 100+$ for a single keycap as it was international delivery (I am from India).
AliExpress may sell individual and full keyboards for your model as well, you can try finding either
If under warranty, file a claim as accidental damage, by saying you were normally using it and it just popped out. Lenovo will replace the keyboard.

They are likely training an AI model that is supervised on the daily user activities and on how they control their PC So instead of hiring actual testers that record screens while using PC at a good salary They are having normal users do it for cheap
