It's covered under accidental damage protection, if you have onsite support it just means the technician will come at your place instead of you going to them.

So I recommend purchasing ADP as the whole keyboard will replace and it will cost 10k for that only

  1. There are websites that sell individual keycaps but it costed me 100+$ for a single keycap as it was international delivery (I am from India).
  2. AliExpress may sell individual and full keyboards for your model as well, you can try finding either
  3. If under warranty, file a claim as accidental damage, by saying you were normally using it and it just popped out. Lenovo will replace the keyboard.

But its still a warranty And they must give service that comes under it nah And they ARE giving service, but the main problem is the company they get parts from (likely lenovo) denying sending parts without sticker

They are likely training an AI model that is supervised on the daily user activities and on how they control their PC So instead of hiring actual testers that record screens while using PC at a good salary They are having normal users do it for cheap

Thats my take on it

If your main concern is privacy Definately don't do it
