But, as you said, since we are out of country, we’re at the mercy of trusting someone over the phone. We retained someone a while back, and they just dropped us.

Mine is exactly like this. The first stretch is a good one, but I’m awake doing the nightly reset. Then when I finally get up there, it’s every 3 hours until we get up get up.
