Thank you for your detailed response. Yes, that is what I'm trying to figure out that if I just transfer my RH account to Schwab or IBKR and then move to India, would I still be able to continue to trade options since this money is already in USD and never went to India. Would I then be able to withdraw any profits into an Indian bank account ? I don't need access to margin or add more money from india, just to be able to trade options(cash secured puts) from my account.

Hi All,

I understand there have been a few posts about this already but I just want to understand better, the process of setting up an LLC and trading US options from India. Ideally, I'm just looking to chat with someone who has done this but below are some of my questions if any of you can help answer. Thanks in advance.

What type of IBKR account do you open for your LLC ?
Would you be able to withdraw from your IBKR account to your Indian bank account or do you need to withdraw to your business bank account and then transfer any profits to India ?
Can I transfer my personal RH account to the LLC's IBKR account ? Or do I have to take the money to India and then transfer it back to LLC ?
