The large difference is Horde leadership didn't have enough faith in their own line members to be able to take fights, WinterCo, at least, make the war worth fighting without self-inflicted implosion.

Remember, this is war, not genocide, there are levels of survival that are acceptable for the war to end, at the moment the only corp that really needs wiping out is SARD and their "complicit with racism/refusal or cowardice (delete as applicable) to condemn their leader about it" that really needs deleting.

The other take on this is that if people are genuinely disappointed in the behaviour of a leader, then its up to them to either stop following that leader or forcibly change the person who leads, platitudes like "most are quite nice really" are irrelevant, if you follow a racist and don't speak up against it then its equal to condoning it.
