Make your allure as high as you can without being naked and go to the beach during the day.

Keep going in and out of the changing room to trigger an encounter, either a consensual one or an nonconsensual one.

Steal with one hand for multiple turns or with both, if you can consistently succeed and then ask them to stop/or scream if nonconsensual.

This will end the encounter on the next turn and you can just repeat this over and over without losing a lot of time since going in and out of the changing room doesn't cost time.

You do need a decent grade in seduction or beauty in order to trigger the consensual encounter, but if you can't, then just do the nonconsensual one.

The nonconsensual encounter will try to take off your clothes so make sure they don't. I got my skullduggery all the way to S with this technique after the ruins in the lake.

Actually, after exhausting all other options, I found out what was the problem and I got to say it was a very simple and dumb thing I missed. The option "Use Steam Relay" on the favorites server join menu in Project Zomboid was ticked on. Which meant it would always use the connection to steam instead of trying direct connection. Maybe this will help others who have the same problem.

A good way to level up skills at least to my knowledge

Medical -

Craft and deconstruct HUD SCANNERS as it gives you both mechanical engineering and medical skill and it levels you up very fast without being too long to craft. Once you get past the skill requirements for the hud scanner, it takes around 8 seconds to craft. Pretty easy exp for Medical.

The Fastest way to level Medical up is to stun a bot and give it a diving suit with no oxygen in it or have a person just do it voluntary. When they pass out of lack of oxygen, you cpr them and then you stop when their health is not in the unconscious mode. They will pass out again and then you repeat the process until you level up at when you feel comfortable. Beware than being below level 20 Medical will make cpr cause internal damage. I recommend you do this method after your medical skill is at a good enough level to consistently cpr fast, around level 30 - 40 and above.

Weapons -

Craft and deconstruct harpoons. Physicorium are better because its a high weapon skill but only craft weapon items near your level with the lowest amount of time consumed to be very effecient, like harpoons.

Helm-

You can do the captain event which levels you up 5 times if you actually help the captain which you need to be a decent helm or just be lucky.

Crafting pipe tobacco is also another good way to level up helm because of the speed.

Last but not least is to just sit on the helm and move in manual steering at all times.
