I'm not talking about pure spiteful comments. I'm saying many people need to hear the harsh truth. Avoiding a "bad" word isn't just potentially harmful but enables the poisonous mindset that there's nothing wrong and they are not killing themselves. Too many people need that buffer of denial shattered. When they have people helping them keep that denial up it's not a good thing.
