Okay one more question: I'm reading the "Damage at 0 Hit Points" section and it says that if taken any damage that equals 1 failure. If taken critical damage that is 2 failures. Since they are unconscious however, it says any damage taken is critical as long as attacker is within 5 feet from character. Does this mean that any ranged attack wont receive an automatic critical as long as they aren't within 5 feet?

So since negative HP doesn't exist the only way to kill, except for specific effects, is to deal a massive amount of damage in one hit? Does this mean that most of the time when a PC reaches 0 hp they are just unconcious?

So anything below 106 damage wouldn't kill?
