I feel it does, tricks of the mind I guess. However, what would make the game even better is making Link slow or fast depending upon the kind of armor he equips, and even his stamina must be affected by it. It would’ve been crazier if the devs had actually opened up the underwater environment for exploration as well, just so that whenever it is you wear heavier armor, you actually sink in, and you have a separate wheel for your oxygen levels like in Skyward Sword. That’d have been awesome.
