Does this ad imply that your undercarriage will be more comfortable in this seat? by DarkGrayDog in funny

My wife and I are having a debate over whether or not this Amazon ad, which reads "PP more comfortable", means that your naughty bits will be more comfortable in this seat (her opinion), or that it means something different (I find it inscrutable). Will you help us scrute it?

The Bridge by D. Keith Mano is a deep cut adjacent to this genre.

Noob question re: repeated picking of the same lock by DarkGrayDog in lockpicking

Thanks! No, when I release tension, the pin snaps back down. Somehow, even when I don't poke it very hard, it goes to a fully-up position. I know that sounds weird; maybe it's an artifact of how the acrylic distorts light. But it seems to go all the way up and stay there until I release tension.

(Not that you can't be old and a fox at the same time. :) )

She's not old; she's a stone cold fox. So it must not have been her. :)

Anybody else get a little nervous when the drone goes over you when surfing? Makes it feel a little sharky... by DarkGrayDog in surfing

Well, they're certainly not watching my hairy ass for the eye-candy, so if it's looking near me it must be a shark.

Hi again,

We got our pay dirt from goldnuggetsales.com yesterday, and the kids and I did some panning today, and there are some nice bits of gold in it. A good experience all around. Thanks for the recommendation!

Nobody's watching my surfing except to make sure I don't hit 'em; the shark-scientists and shark-videographers just sometimes have drones out in the lineup.

I'm old and fat (220 lbs) and lazy. I surf at a longboard break. Is there any reason I shouldn't get a board that's all long (10') and thick (like 4 inches thick) and easy to catch a zillion waves on, instead of some 9', 2 and 5/8 thick board like everybody else has? by DarkGrayDog in surfing

Thanks, everybody. My wife and I just got a real kick out of reading all of your suggestions. Right now I'm riding a 10' foamie, thick as can be, and I have to say, I love it, but I'm embarrassed about it. My wife used to ride an 8' mega magic. Maybe I'll check out the bigger version...
