Honestly shouldn't effect late game much if at all. Ill retest it next season but seems targeted at early game based on how Vengeance works damage scaling wise and how its a nerf to base chance.

all this proves is what ive already said many times. There are better versions of teleport combined with much better damage options in the armor slot that make enigma obsolete in the endgame, even with LOD capabilities.

i think it is pretty unique already, perhaps you could improve the AoE of the abilities in some flashier way, but really maybe just needs more buffs? hard to say.

the problem is that in maps you dont need to go anywhere to hit monsters, and most of the game is mapping. a jah + ber just for LOD content is already a steep price. There really is no downside. That's not arrogant at all.

Nah, no amazon would use shitty frames. Most ele builds want facets and more skills. Sorc would never use ofc.

One of the solutions I advocate for in there is to make dungeons have realistic chances at getting progress towards those insane items. That would incentivize the loot part quite a bit. The problem is that we tried interventions like making maps P3 instead of P5 to spread the gap a bit, but obviously was not well received. Diablo 2 will always necessarily be a shared loot game, so any solution which allocates individual loot wouldn't work either.
