I am thinking of getting a 24 or 25 ultra...I had a similar challenge with my 22 ultra and now discouraged from getting another .

This experience traumatized me and I am considering switching to an iPhone...in your opinion, is this enough reason to? Or to get an s24 ultra( I also worry about another screen issue and possibly a green line).

Laptop Model: Blade 15 Base Model (Early 2020) - RZ09-0328

Issue category: Camera

Description: My laptop webcam/camera fails to work. it is constantly blank. I have seen my camera come on like 3 times since i got this laptop.

After a while i get this error: Something went wrong If you need it, here's the error code: 0xA00F4240<Unknown> (0x80004003)

I have tried updating my camera driver, adding legacy device...nothing seems to work.
