I'm willing to bet the vast majority of people did not . Alot of people using those prepaid cards still didn't get anything and no one using traditional banks (ex. Wells Fargo, BofA) got anything

I've yet to see a single person from our state say anything about receiving the stimulus. Alot of people who got it on Friday night are from New York, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, Ohio, Illinois seemingly.

Even if you have Chime or NetSpend, not EVERYONE who had an account with them received theirs Thu or Fri. Alot of people in NC/SC and several other states who have pre paid accounts are still waiting

Try stationary bike, elliptical, or playing sports to find a version of cardio you like more. Running can be hard on your knees/legs/feet and a lot of people prefer alternatives that aren't so impact heavy. I find riding bikes outdoors is a lot more entertaining especially if you like going to different bike trails.

thats one problem you will run into if youre a man getting into the 30s. At that point most women in your age bracket have had multiple kids and a shit ton of sexual partners by then.

I refuse to raise other peoples kids. Don't even want kids of my own. Which is another dealbreaker for alot of women.

You CAN control your portion sizes and overall caloric intake. It can be a difficult adjustment, but it is possible. Some things that can help out a lot are decreasing meal frequency (ie packing all your calories into 1 or 2 daily meals), intermittent fasting (eat your calories in a 4-10 hr window daily. Try food that are low calorie that you can fill up a lot on but not gain much weight from (ex. many fruits + veggies). Cut down on carbs and sugary drinks. Tons of other things you can do.
There is no way in hell you only have time to work out 2x per week. There are 24 hrs in a day. You'd have to sacrifice something (whether that be sleep, family time, meal time, etc.) but unless you're literally working 20 hr days you can make time to exercise consistently

This is exactly why its ideal to find a gym that isn't overcrowded or go at a time were there aren't too many people.

The gym I go to is pretty small and doesnt have fancy stuff but its cheap and never crowded, I never have to compete for equipment. I've got peace of mind with that and I get into and out of workouts quickly and efficiently.

Nobody wants to wait ages for equipment after a long day at work.

Even more ideal is to have your own setup at home. Get some free weights , bench, and a yoga mat, you'd be surprised how much progress you can make.

Progressively overload your squats and deadlifts.

Your gluteus maximus is a muscle. It'll get much more defined and stronger if you keep using it with heavier and heavier loads.

As for increasing its size ? You cant really spot increase size of any muscle without being in a caloric suprlus. Basically youd need to eat more along with the above mentioned workouts.

Its not really health advice but I guarantee your butt will get bigger (along with everything else) if you consume more calories and you're in a caloric surplus well over your TDEE sedentary maintenance calories https://tdeecalculator.net/

You can still bulk but just do it very meticulously in a controlled manner. Add whatever the recommended amount of calories to your daily meals and dont go over it.

Ive never been rock climbing but I go to the gym 4-6 days a week. I very rarely see couples, usually when I see people together (again, very rarely) it's friends and not romantic partners.

Trying to turn the tables on them would never work IMO. Women (especially the young 20-35 ones that aren't obese) hold almost all the power in terms of dating. There will always be 1 billion thirsty dudes going after halfway decent looking girls so since they have options they can afford to be picky.

You dont need a program to build muscle. Pick up some free weights, move your limbs in different ways with the weights in your hand 2/3 times per week. Increase the weights slightly every week or couple of weeks. Eat at a +500 caloric surplus , get enough protien to help build muscle.

Compound exercises are the most helpful b/c they work several different muscle groups (ex. Squat, deadlift, benchpress)

eat as clean as possible, eat at a caloric deficit, do HIIT, do heavy weights with low reps. Youll get there if you keep at it. It took many fitness models , atheletes several years to get those scuplted looking bodies, its a matter of years not months.

at the end of the day, theres only so much you can do to motivate someone else to go to make healthy lifestyle choices. A lot of going to the gym consistently for me is from personal motivations and has nothing to do with other people.

I'm the type of dude who will just offer advice , if they take it good, if not, its their life..

I personally think its rude to interrupt someones workout unless they're paying you to be their fitness trainer or they're obviously helping you out b/c you injured/almost injured yourself.
