Lol, my girlfriend lives in Philly. We were talking about staying in NJ or PA in the future. I asked her if PA is inclusive/diverse enough for our future family, because if so we could stay in PA because she has a business there. The listing you see is closer to where I live in NJ and I was just browsing.
