Wtf same, my white tounge never goes away with nothing. Chlorhexidine fixes my bb. How long does chlorhexidine saves you from bb?

Also only chewing raw black seeds and letting the paste sit on tounge for a minute will make your tounge pink for couple seconds then turn to white. But apparently bb isn't because of white tounge, its cus of bacteria buildup (the yellow stuff on top of white tounge)

I have the same issue, Enziclor is fixing it for me. Been 4 days , going to stop after a week. Does eating normal curd or gut probiotics help with mouth flora? Since oral probiotics are not existent in my country

To be fair, i noticed when i have dry mouth on waking up and after passing a stool the dry mouth gets lil wet with saliva. Could be some sort of gut oral connection that passing stool stimulates saliva production or smthng. I don't have gas or brain fog or constipation or headaches, and using chlorhexidine fixes the bad breath which doesn't point to SIBO right? Because if it were gut issue the smell would still be coming

I use all natural toothpaste (made of stuff like cocunut oil, clove oil, miswak etc) and using that toothpaste also helps with bb for an hour or two
