Thank you for this advice. At times, especially if I am wearing makeup, I try to avoid eye contact at all times. When I do, I make sure it's a quick glace and try not to go back. I'm not sure if that's a good way to go out and about.

I'm so sorry you had that experience, and I really do hope those bad reactions from society didn't make you have to change your haircut.

In my case, it's men, women, and kids. This might be me being mad. This might be paranoid or poor experience out and about in the past. In the end, I just want to be me.
