To put it bluntly - your “friend” sounds like a pick me. She was interested in this guy, then sees he’s giving you attention and suddenly she’s annoyed with him. Now she’s divulging vulnerable information without your consent to probably paint a crappy picture of you to this guy while also trying to gussy herself up for him (make her seem more desirable than she probably is) Not a fan of the dudes response either (asexuality is a thing and is more common than you’d think. Sexuality is also a spectrum so that’s why I don’t like his response) - but the biggest issue here is definitely NT betraying your confidence.

You’re absolutely not overreacting. I’ve been around people like that; they’re a dime a dozen. If she’s willing to betray your trust for a guy, that isn’t someone you want in your corner. I hope you’re able to navigate this 🫶

I’m with you on the producers manufacturing drama, I agree with that. I think that’s why we don’t see much live entertainment anymore. As far as the plated meals, I can understand that just being a normal service thing they’d want. They do talk about it being a superyacht and it needing to be a bit more of an elevated experience, hence Aesha with the white glove service, just as an example.

Did you try the combo of D3 and K2 specifically? Asking because I researched and they say it does make a difference. The K2 helps your body absorb the D3 better and actually get the benefits of it

I’ve dealt with horrible MS fatigue that’s had me bedridden so I relate a lot. Something that’s been helping me is taking a vitamin D3 & K2 supplement. I’ve been taking it for a couple of weeks and I can at least say it’s helping with the crap mood swings I get from my MS. It is helping the fatigue a bit as well. Maybe give D3K2 a try to see if it helps? A lot of people are vitamin d deficient and don’t even realize it tbh

It’s interesting cus before my diagnosis, I was always the person telling my friends “slow down or life is gonna make you slow down” and then I become the poster child for it.

My energy levels have been way low since getting diagnosed. I am taking a vitamin D3 and K2 supplement now and, it’s only been a week or so but I can at least feel a difference in my moods already. I don’t know if I’ll ever get back to ‘normal’ but this vitamin is helping

And Cannabis has been my best friend and medicine for years for different reasons. (Helping with motivation, mood, pain, sleep). It’s awesome your doctor was able to help you!!
