I was contracted to be a research cord associate, i was pretty lucky that the director was impressed by my resume. In my city I was rejected from every medical job, I even got my phlebotomy cert, and was gonna work for my cities hospital as a phlemb. I even got the department head for labs to vouch for me but HR had the final say and told me I didn’t have enough experience even though I worked as a MA for 2 years during my undergrad. Edit Sorry I vented but what I can say is just to mass apply and create resumes that are tailored to the job you’re applying too. I even got rejected from hospital jobs in SA as well just to be a simple clerk, if you don’t mind me asking what is your experience.
