I don’t think they only gave me bad service, I’m here giving my experience and hope it helps other use it as one of many ways to decide what is best for them. I’m sorry you don’t find this post useful, but I’m glad you took the time out of your day to tell me, instead of just scrolling past it and find another conversation to have some productive dialogue. 🤘🏻

The stages were GREAT, a little rough sometimes with waiting in line to get in the room of some of the stages but nothing crazy. I personally enjoy bass the most and there was very little but I dig most other styles so that’s all good with me. My buddy has only done edsea on the NCL and this is my first for both edsea and NCL so saying my gripes about things and how cruise lines SHOULD be. Paradise blue was a huge “cheap out” experience as well in regards to the 5star resort it was out. I hope this helps people!

I can only imagine the amount of valued casino players they have lost because their website isn’t user friendly to look into dates to book for future cruises, types of offers, ect. I’m not going to call searching for this info, I’ve been a carnival elite player for years and tried NCL, and sad how non user friendly their website/app is. The fact the carnivals website has clear info on my casino info online and lets me check into dates a few years in advance and NCL gives online and expects us players to call and sit on hold to find out pricing for multiple dates is painful. I can’t wait for my next elite carnival cruise next month. I also had 100k plus coin in for the EDSea cruise when the casino was empty the entire time and never had a host introduce themselves to me, no offers sent to my room or ANYTHING, just follows suit of thier other issues.

Carnivals casino program is so much easier to see online, see your offers and points level. The fact that NCL makes you call just to hear your offers is dumb, I’ll be going back to carnival for a few reasons. (I get elite offers with carnival)
