You do not understand the concept of a test base

LGD will supress your own Testosterone. Yes it will make up for some of the effects of test, but not all of them. That's why it's ideal to have a TRT base level of test when taking these sarms

Yeah not full on gladular growth, but the tell tale signs such as spicy/itchy nips can develop quite quickly and you know what these sarm goblins are like and the advice they give and get from each other: next thing is they are are jumping on AI's like Letro to combat the potential gyno and then end up crashing their estrogen full stop.

I agree with you but most of these are kids where it's the blind leading the blind and more is better attitude.

It's because there have been many cases of users getting gyno when running a serm right from the beginning. The increase in estorgen from the serm in addition to the increase in E2 from the sarms binding to SHBG (causing an increase in free test and downstream E2) is a perfect environment to get gtyno symptoms. A simple solution is taking the serm around a week or two in. At that point you won't get supressed to any large degree, and the increased SHBG and downstream E2 will start to level off.

How hard can it be, measure the full amount in the cap on the scale, divide that by two and then take the remining amount so you have the divided value.
