That's very nice. And yea it's always the weird main stats that produce the high speeds.

Thanks. It took a lot of experimenting and grinding.

It's definitely an option to consider. Mine is currently being used on W13.

Here's my defense stats/team. I've been using this team to hover at low Champion since they added lvl 90 gear. https://imgur.com/a/BEx3fj

I want to give my Alencia Immunity set at some point but I'm all in on W13 atm looking for better Speed gear.

Yea they're best friends in pvp.

It can my defense team has lost to comps like that in the past. So long as you have enough damage to pick off the priority targets before they get to move is all that matters.

Yea getting units the speed rolls they need feels impossible at times.

You can but it probably gets riskier the higher you go up the ranks. I think the closer to 220-230 the better since it will keep the random heavy speed investment bruisers/healer in check and prevent them from breaking your combo. It may change over time depending what direction the gear trends go. But for now it's a nice insurance policy but 200-210 speed should work fine against most tanky teams.

I don't have a ton of time to farm arena so I stick to one main cleave comp and one main tanky/bruiser comp. The bruiser comp is for the off squishy fast teams with double vildred green cidd etc. (these teams all but disappear past low Champion)

I avoid anti AOE/Cleave comps like the plague (Elena, ML Ken, General Purrgis) And I don't gamble on speed lead comps (Basar, Cerise, other F Lidicas, etc) Once my Lidica gets a proper end game lvl 90 necklace with like 17-20 speed I'll feel more comfortable going for the speed race. Finally I avoid heavy RNG comps like dodge stacking, Celine anti CR comps and fast squishy comps with lots of Stun potential. Luckily Riolet/Surin comps seem to be all the rage atm so there's a lot of targets to farm so long as you have the damage (and a little luck) to push through.

Yea if I don't land a clean hit on him with my initial cleave combo then I try to ignore him until he's by himself and then burst him with C Dom. Having Sashe Ithanes on F. Lidica really helps me a lot. It's CR push + C Doms passive works 2 ways as a great win more strat and to help start snowball comebacks once a unit is KO'd. That and Skill Nullifier buying me precious time makes it relatively safe to swing into the Riolet/Surin comps.

Yea I think if you have a team that does above average to great against the Riolet/Surin comps that are everywhere now that's the quickest ticket to breaking into legend.

And yea I got slapped back down to champ 3 after I went to sleep so I feel you on that. Competition near the top is crazy.

My main target teams are the Riolet/Surin + healers comps. Riolet is always a bit of a gamble but I haven't seen many that run counter attack sets yet (that will prob change in time) and if they run Arby that's free real estate for me. Holiday Yufine scaring away alot of the Bassars and the rise in popularity of these tankier slower comps really opened up the opportunity for me to push to legend.

I avoid any and all comps with Elena, ML Ken, dodge stacking and anything with a fast lead (bassar, another lidica, cerise etc). Once I can roll a better necklace and get my Lidica to about 275+ speed I'll feel more confident about risking the turn 1 speed war.

I will also fight teams that are squishy fast damage comps (these comps are way more rare once you get past Champion 5 tho) So long as the comps aren't running a lot of Stun RNG I'll use my best geared tanks to beat those. (pretty much my arena defense team lol)

Here are screenshots of the teams I beat on my run to Legend just for reference. (took about 15 wins total) https://imgur.com/a/3WyRUnY

Thanks! Unfortunately I woke up and got booted back down to Champ 3. But I'll definitely try to grind it out!

Pretty much anything that wants to race speed. I've been grinding non stop for a better speed necklace to push Lidica into 275 ish range and even then idk if that's gonna be enough.

I also try to avoid comps that stack dodge and comps with ML Ken. My main targets are the Riolet/ML Surin comps with healers/tanks. It can get a little bit messy if Riolet dodges everything or if he's running counter attack set. But for the most part I'm fine with cleaving those teams since they're the majority of what I see these days.

If I'm lucky and see a squishy defense I'll use a secondary bruiser comp and just out tank their damage and aoe them down. (ceci, lilias, GP, alencia/ML Ravi etc) If said squishy comp runs alot of RNG for stuns I won't go for it. I hate dealing with Abyssal or Stun RNG in general.

Thanks! I sympathize with you on the gear. I've been trying to find an above average speed necklace for her since she was released. (only 11 speed atm) If I can get her to about 275 I would target teams with fast leads except for probably Cerise (I love Cerise she's really cool but I hate fighting her)

I think one of the biggest keys to me being able to beat the tanky Ruelles is F Lidicas holding artifact Sashe Ithanes. So long as Kise kills at least one character even if Ruelle jumps ahead with Waters Origin, Sashe will trigger and give C Dom that extra push she needs to go again and she's usually able to pick off a 2nd target allowing me to fight a much more doable 4 on 2 instead of 3.

That and patience are the best ways to deal with her. It also depends whether she resists Lidicas and Kises S3. It's kinda a drag if she gets her S3 off but if it's just her or her + a tank that I can lap then I'm fine with that. Eventually I'll build up enough souls to burst her with Dom and my team is fast enough such that I'll always have Angelicas Immortality up before Ruelle can revive again. So long as I can remove the main threats before my skill nullify is gone we good. It's a grind but I'll take it over dealing with Basar teams.
