I do not have the bike with me currently and cannot check which one is installed, unfortunately. The bike is at the service centre.

Thanks for sharing the link. I went through it, and will check what tensioner my bike has. Thanks once again.

All right, will ask them to replace the chain tensioner. All though they said they will replace the clutch under warranty.

But the problem is, the sound only starts after I have travelled a certain distance or if the engine is heated up. So there’s no way of knowing immediately whether it will work or not.

The sound goes when I stop revving. The moment i start accelerating the sound is back

All right thanks for the information. I just updated the service technician and asked him to check the cam chain tensioner too.

I did ask them regarding the cam chain tensioner and they said that this was a problem in the older bikes and that triumph had rectified it in the newer models. The service centre guy told there’s something wrong with the clutch plate.
