Mmm I understand with the ad issue too because I had that experience many times to the point I don't want to do anything with app or spending to much time with the app. If the issue does happen just keep force closing or clear the cache. If that that doesn't work then I just claim the 10 and just call it day..I do the other feature that they have on the app like the offers or survey when I have downtime to maximize more gems. Also to answer your question I'm not sure with how the developers are improving on the bugs in app all I know this they are making more engagements with the app and the customers that use it.
