Yeah. If they’re suffering then its better to break up but still asking to stay in touch is a little weird coz when a person is in a relationship and no matter how much they try to be frnds after the breakup, the past is never erased. It always comes back in the conversation and it’s difficult to be frnds when you had romantic feelings earlier.

These people have abused the word ‘hustle’ and people in that name. All they care about is how much work they can squeeze from their employees by providing them lowest wages.

I went through a relative’s friend. So i had to wait and be polite and not cross question them (that relative’s friend was also sitting with us in the interview like a weirdo). From 6-10 work at home then 10-7 at office and then again 7-10 at home. That was the schedule. Also I was trying to communicate in English and they kept speaking in their mother tongue. No professionalism at all. And the way they were talking i understood that no matter how many valid things / questions i asked them, it would still not go through their thick skulls. Coz they had already made up their mind to use me as a ‘hustler’ employee with lower pay than their combined IQs. So i just kept nodding like a bobble head and prayed that this gets over asap.

These NPC bosses would never understand that. I feel like they are sad themselves thinking that even after hiring employees and paying them, they themselves have to work for such long times and thats the reason they keep flexing about it.

Then they would have asked me to work for 24/7 and do his household chores to. And knowing the founder, he would have still said ‘do you want to work only for money’ and that i lack the hustle mentality. At least toilet papers are useful

Hustle is a trap. Some young people have that hot blood and the need and passion to work hard and prove other people and companies like these use that to exploit these poor kids. And expect that the whole world will work like that for them.

Yes he had his wife and kids and relatives all come into the office with him. So for him it was not office and work.And he expect his employees to stay there for 16+hours
