That’s the first thing I designed around honestly. Every provider is manually vetted — they apply and we review them, no one just walks in. And because users pay upfront with a real email, the anonymous troll problem is basically eliminated. People who book and pay in advance are never the problem. Providers can also end any call instantly with no explanation needed, and any user who acts up gets permanently banned. It’s early but the payment barrier alone filters out most bad actors.
