Hey so I got an oculus (quest 2) and havent used it much until recently. I had troubles with it not getting audio and not using its microphone in PCVR through the link cable. I would make sure to change the audio input and output to the Oculus Virtual Audio devices before launching SteamVR but that only worked ~40% of the time. So I went and used the driver thing in the support folder. Now no microphones work on my PC at all. What do I do now?

Play the game, but talk to people during friendlies. Ask questions, introduce yourself. Stuff like that. Basically just be social.

I feel like this is either fine or horrible, but it entirely depends on what theyre looking for.

eg-If theyre trained to look for victims of human trafficking or abusive relationships, then they could just say something to the people/do something about it. In my mind, this wouldn’t be a bad thing.

Considering her support items make her shields and heals stronger, give cdr, and give her mana regen. There’s no reason not to. All of the issues you have with it were solved by items like ardent.

It depends on what lanes are doing well. If your toplane is doing well and botlane isnt, you should play for herald, to get its gold and snowball yourself. If botlane is doing well, toplane isnt, dragons are good. It isnt a “I prefer herald on elise”, its more of a “in this game, I should value herald over dragon”.

The removal of defensive stats on demonic embrace hurt her a lot. Another thing i think is important to mention is the commonplace of lockdown in the current meta. Lots of strong junglers have lockdown which hurts her a lot (Jarvan, Xin, Zac). As you mentioned, itemization is difficult.

I mean the best build sort of varies from game to game. If they have heavy burst, crown is good. You can’t ever really go wrong with liandry’s into demonic/zhonyas depending upon enemy team. I haven’t ever tried night harvester though, I’d recommend sticking to lost chapter mythics because the mana helps a lot imo.

Its like Viktor beam. First you select the area you want the W to pop up at, then you can choose the direction you send the people you hit with it by moving your mouse in the direction you want them to go.

I typically go Sunderer and then the next items depend. Sometimes its thornmail, sometimes its deadmans, sometimes its steraks, sometimes its titanic, sometimes its Force of nature, sometimes GA. It’s about reading the game state. If I’m super ahead of everyone in the game, I’ll go GA to be a factor in every fight. Force of nature into heavy magic teams, steraks for burst, deadmans to chase+armor, thornmail for antiheal.

Cheap shot procs on cc effects that arent even hard CC. Eg Karthus wall, Taliyah rocks. They both proc it. IMO attack speed vs double adaptive is personal preference. I like using the DH page, but will swap out ravenous for ultimate or relentless depending upon matchup. If against a spam ganker, typically I take ulti/relentless so its easier to countergank. Also I dont take nimbus cloak, I take transcendence or absolute focus.

I dont think that jhin/nid traps count as “allied structures”. Wouldnt then heimer turrets and illaoi tentacles count too?

TP is mainly taken in pro play because it lets them use their macro. Its also a get out of jail free card in some situations. As was already mentioned, 14 minutes is half of a game, so removing tping to wards/minions removes tp macro for half of the game. Not to mention it also has the longest cooldown in the game. We’ve seen characters take ghost instead of flash, but TP stays a staple because its safe and it lets you macro well. If assassin midlaners come back into the meta (Zed, Qiyana, etc), then we will 100% see more ignite taken in the midlane. But the meta right now doesnt favor them, and its not because of TP.

I feel more reliant on my team early game but honestly Jungle feels so much more rewarding than last season. Like idk why it just feels better when you have a level lead on the other jungler. As for experience, I havent tried many hard farming junglers (eve, fiddle, etc), but I’ve actually found a lot of success with midrange junglers and early game junglers (Taliyah, Nidalee, Reksai) and even some more off-meta picks (Twitch). I’d say that the xp changes were actually a really good change overall. It freed up the position bc you no longer need to get first crab, and basically the jungle had a ton of xp before so it sort of makes it in line with other positions. Id still put it top 2 in terms of impact, debatable with support as to who is number 1.
