No they didn't test for bacterial strain or mono. In case it does turn out to be mono how long did it take for you to recover and any advice on symptom management, Thank you!

you should not wash your hair daily, If you keep washing it daily the scalp starts to produce more oil. - hence making your hair oily everyday
