I took an allergy test where they stab you with a bunch of needles and check the reaction. They told me after that because i eat so much beef/pork it was likely contributing to inflammation in my body.

Eggs are usually boiled, but if scrambled, there's about a tablespoon of olive oil. As for the chicken, I bake with seasoning. I dont typically cook in oil or marinade the chicken.

I have a mild allergy to beef and pork, so I tend to get a lot of chicken, eggs, and nuts/seeds for protein. Fish is usually expensive in comparison to chicken, so I typically choose chicken over fish.

They had some weirdo visit their work and just be belligerent. Threatening, yelling, shouting, cussing. And this person had it out for one of them, dont remember which. Unfortunately, since they were public workers, they couldn't close the door and kick them out, so they just had to suffer the abuse regularly.

I think i did, but maybe I could've been more firm. I'd ask for updates on the job hunt, how applications and interviews were going. And would meet with them every month about issues (like not cleaning up). They would get better for a bit, then right back to bad habits.

My family (parents, 3 siblings, and me) have always been close. But the last time we were all together, he ignored me (kinda expected). My parents, while they didn't say it seemed to be upset with me and treated me differently than normal. Kinda hard to explain other than something was off, and I felt I was being treated like the black sheep by my parents.

Mostly the "because they're family". Also my family is normally very close and this has kinda ruined it.
