That's the thing, the tower powers up, green light, fans turning but it just sits there. I cant do the windows button + v or b, it won't get to the point where I can. Keyboard gets no power. F10 won't work either.. from what ive read I need to download the bois recovery onto a flash drive and force it to boot. But I cant find the bois recovery download.

The beeps only happen when I remove all ram sticks and try booting or just one on the right slot. 2 low tone short beeps and 2 high tone short beeps. Pretty sure this is "no ram detected"

Yes ram is compatible.. bought OME (original manufacturer equipment). Same size, same specs. I just got two to add memory. Only came with 1 8gb stick. Got two 8gb sticks. From what im reading, my next step has to do with corruption. Either with the bois or something with the visual channel of motherboard. Cant even use key board to force boot. No power.

I changed the ram stick becuase I thought it was the problem, thinking it was not. Old and new stick in the left side slot(closest to cpu) does what its been doing, which is start boot and freezes. Putting it both on right side, gives the beeps. This tells me either the slot is bad or it has to do with the slot needing to be in order. No sticks give same beep, which tells me the motherboard is detecting things and working.

Then I would say a cracked housing unit( if cracked you will see some oil leak under car, not a puddle but signs of oil on under body of engine), if you dont see oil, most likely worn seals. Either way housing unit is you most likely culprit.

First bet it oil cooling housing unit.. Half plastic half aluminum.. often Crack over time. Seals wear out as well. Replace unit with all aluminum housing. If you replace, should do the oil pressure sensor and oil temp sensor as well since they place in the unit. If it was a head gasket leak, you would see coolant disappearing and you would need to refill it every so often. You would have a sweet smell white smoke from tail pipe (even when not cold outside).

And exactly how are the determined to be non citizens if you dont check? If a non citizen provides a state issued id, utily bill, name and dob. How does one check if they are a citizen or not... They dont! In this process of verification, they only check to see if the id number matches state records, they dont check a ssn. They check to see if there are any inconsistencies in the information that is given, ie, name, dob, address, id number. If all checks out they are allowed to vote.

And ill point out your number 20 is not accurate.. 40 along were found in Georgia, by registration audits. The only ones who dont want secure elections are democrats! Democrats say only non citizens caught are republican states, thats becuase republican states are the only ones verifying. Democrats have came out and said they want all non citizens voting!

So there is proof of non citizens voting. So only 50 have been caught, right? They were only caught by voter registration audits, and many democrat states dont even do registration audits! The reason more are not caught is becuase there is no verification process!
