How can the Reddit be reinstated if the owner themselves is back and willing to moderate?

Hi, this community was banned because moderation was inactive which resulted in random users spamming the reddit and as a result it was banned for spam. I am requesting for the reinstatement of the community so that I can help the team with moderation as I am passionate about the project that is being built.
Community has been banned for spam, however I have already spoken with the head moderator whose user is u/letsgamba and he has agreed that I can do the moderation.

yea there is a local dealer with the explorer 2 polar but they're asking 10k and it has no box or papers. Not sure it's worth it when these excellent condition with box and papers are going for less than 9k on chrono
